Websites are meant to be dynamic. If you are running a website properly, then it is likely that you have a lot of content that you want to throw up there on the front page. It is a drag and drop system which requires little in the way of knowledge of how computers work. Honestly; if you have used Microsoft Paint or Microsoft Word, then you will know how to use this system.

1. LayerSlider comes with an ever growing selection of importable templates that are an ideal starting point for new projects and they cover every common use case from personal to corporate business. They are carefully crafted, aesthetically pleasing and can be easily customized to fit any kind of needs.
2. Drag and drop slider builder interface. Just move everything about how you want. We have read many LayerSlider reviews, and this seems to be the top feature highlighted time and time again, so we recommend that you check it out.
3. Also, any kind of content can be added as a separate layer and animate them individually, not just images. Seriously, this is a feature which we have yet to see in other sliders out there. We are surprised that something of this caliber made it into this WordPress Plugin. Again, this is something which review after review of LayerSlider seems to highlight.

This is just scratching the surface of the editor too. One of the reasons as to why we decided to put together this LayerSlider review for you is because we genuinely were in awe at what the software brought to the table. We know that there are plenty of people out there who are using slider plugins, which is great, but unless you have used something like this, you have not really ‘lived’.

Animation Engine

If you thought the simplicity to use LayerSlider is the main selling point of the plugin (it is one of them), then you are going to be in for a treat. You see, there is also a fantastic animation engine. This is important. You see, it is all fine having a slider at the top of the page, but unless it is going to be eye-catching, then nobody is going to pay attention to it. This is where your animations are going to come into play. Inside of LayerSlider, you will find over 200 different slide transitions already set up for you, and they are great animations at that. This includes the ability to make 3D transitions, which is going to look good on your website to say the least. In addition to this, you are going to be able to set up your own animations to ensure that you breathe a touch of originality into your website. That being said, even if you just continue to use the pre-defined slide transitions, your site is still going to look 100x better than most other websites out there, so feel free to get as lazy as you want here. Not many people are going to complain!

Responsive

Our biggest issue with many slider plugins on the market is the fact that they are not responsive. This means that they end up looking terrible on smaller mobile devices. Thankfully, that is not the case with the LayerSlider plugin. It has been built from the ground-up to be responsive. No matter the size of the device that you view it on, it is going to look great!  Above all, LayerSlider supports several layout types. For example, a full size/ hero scene slider that covers the entire browser window and the top section of the web page respectively. Or the fact that it has a real fullscreen support to run animated banners on a billboard for example.
