If a listing never became public because payment failed or we rejected the submission, contact us with the payment reference. If the listing ran for the dates you bought, the fee is generally not refundable.

Refunds for WPArena fees — not vendor carts.
This covers fees you paid directly to WPArena, such as a seasonal deal listing. Purchases from hosts, theme shops, or plugin vendors follow those vendors.

Editorial work
Custom editorial or technical work is refunded only when we have not started, or when we agree in writing that we cannot deliver what was booked.
How to ask
Use the contact page. Include the date, the product or listing name, and the payment reference. Do not send card numbers.
Timing and chargebacks
Card and PayPal refunds follow the payment provider. There is no warehouse return address — WPArena is not selling boxed merchandise from this site. Contact us before a chargeback when the issue is a listing that did not publish.
