Finally Upgraded To WordPress Version 2.7

Here is just a brief little post to test the functionality of WordPress version 2.7 on the site. Believe it or not, WPArena was running on a very very old version of WordPress. Why? Because I was too lazy to find replacement plugins for some of my favorite plugins that don’t work with version 2.7.

What I am missing is Gregarious, a social bookmarking plugin, and a few others. Ultimate Tag Warrior activated but doesn’t work on the write post screen and I see some other theme tweaks that need to be done. And I need to find a good social bookmarking plugin, possibly a tweaked version of Share This or add my own into the theme. The real rest is when I push the publish button on this post and hopefully don’t get any error messages.
