When I signed up with hosting24, my package included ability to live chat with their tech support.
Soon after my 30 days were up from when I signed up; hosting24 changed from live chat to ticket system. When live chat was available, it was possible to get help from the tech support there and then, including when my website was down.
Since they changed to ticketing system without notice, it is now taking them at least 10 hours to respond to an issue. My last attempt to get help took them 12 hours.
This is a violation of my agreement that technical help would be provided by live chat there and then 24 hours. This was why I signed up.
I have contacted them and requested them to cancel my hosting and refund my money.
They said that the 30 days refund policy has expired therefore no money will be refunded to me. This the worse customer service display by hosting24. Not good!
I signed up for 3 years and I want my money back. You are the one that did not keep to our agreement therefore should refund my money
