WordPress theme header give the impression of the whole blog , so for designers its very important to give it a artistic touch. If theme header will not attractive the visitors, they may leave your blog before even looking at what are the content your blog have.
I have complied a list of inspiring and creative headers, Hope you like them. Although I have tried to explain their creativity in my own words but only designers and artists can understand the real meaning.I welcome all designers if they find this post interesting to comment with a creative thoughts.

Deborah Cavenaugh presenting the true form of water color. She presented her creativity on a wordpress header. All work has done in water color, She began painting on Mother’s Day in 1992 after her children presented her with a box of watercolors they bought in a toy store.

A blog of Matt Mullewang who is the Founder of WordPress. The header is very attractive and most appealing for me and it presents Matt’s creativity. Color combination and lighting effect give more atistic touch

Great collection! I really like some of the header designs and found a dozen that i didn’t know up to now. But most are very boring as they are just two or three sketches / vectors without any real creativity. Marchand de Trucs looks like one of my old adventure games, but i thing i like Matt Mullenweg’s at most. Cult-Foo, N.Design and Ayaka ito are also very nice.
